What to Expect:
- If we cancel before your rental: You can reschedule your rental (based on availability) or receive a full refund.
- If bad weather starts during your rental: We may need you to return early. We can discuss a partial refund or a credit for future use.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: Customers may receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
- Partial Refund/Reschedule: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time may be eligible for a partial refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
